Laurel Hosting Ad Exchange Rental Agreement

1. You are leasing a rental site.
2. The site and graphics belong to Laurel Hosting.com

3. You agree to pay you're monthly rental fees.
3a. If you choose to cancel your subscription, please notify us via email within 72 hrs.
3b. Once subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to said site.
3c. Additionally, if you do not pay your rental fee, the site will become available for lease.
3d. In case of failed payment, the site comes back to us until such time payment is received.
3e..Chronic payment failure will result in a 1 site rental maximum. This is final.

4. Should you wish to rent more than one site, a 3 site maximum is what we allow.
5. You agree to not use x- rated, hate, racist, or otherwise offensive material on the rental sites.
6. You agree not to approve ads that are promoting x-rated, hate, racist, or offensive material.
7. You agree not to submit any Laurel Hosting rental site to any type of ad submitter.
8. Your agree to not approve any solo ads with dollar signs $ in the subject line of the solo, and no references such as the words money, cash, bucks,  etc...
9. You agree not to approve solo ads with website links (url's) in the body of the solo, and email addresses in the body of the solo. 
10. You agree to have your members sign up with a Gmail only address and delete all others.
11. You agree to delete members that use auto responders and members whose emails bounce.
12. You agree not to offer a cash "signup" bonus or "free" Super JV Upgrade upon signup. You also agree not to run our ad exchanges as "Matrix" sites.
These actions attract cheaters and/or cheating and will not be tolerated on any Laurel Hosting rental sites.
13. You agree to maintain your site. You also agree to delete/remove all cheating members.
14. You agree that Laurel Hosting will not be responsible for any and all disputes of any kind resulting from your rental site(s).

15. We will work with you to set up your site at no cost to you.
